Düsseldorf Airport (DUS) is the international airport of the city of Düsseldorf and the largest airport in Nordrhein-Westfalen. The airport offers over 20,000 parking spaces for anyone arriving by car. You can park particularly close to the terminal in the orange terminal rate zone – and particularly cheaply in the yellow long-term rate zone. With 7 parking garages and 6 parking lots, it is easy to find the right parking space for every car.

Short-term parking and terminal parking

Short-term parking is available in front of each terminal for drop-off and pick-up. P11 for drop-offs and P12 for pick-ups, this is free of charge for a parking duration of up to 10min. If the pick-up or drop-off takes longer, you will also find inexpensive parking spaces for stays of any length in the P1 and P2 parking garages. Parking lots P3, P7 and P8 are also located directly at the terminal, which can be reached by a three-minute walk.

Long-term parking

If you are arriving by car and would like to park your vehicle at the airport during your vacation or business trip, P4, P5, P22, P23, P24 and P26 are particularly suitable. P4 and P5 have a maximum entry height of 2.10m, while P22, P23, P24 and P26 are parking lots with unlimited entry height. From P4 and P5 you can reach the terminal quickly and comfortably by Skytrain, which runs every few minutes and reaches the terminals in a few minutes. Your parking ticket is recognized as a ticket. Parking lot P22 is just a two-minute walk from the terminal. From the less expensive parking lots P23, P24 and P26 you can reach the terminals on foot in 10 to 20 minutes.

Booking your parking space online in advance is more convenient and saves both time and money. If you book your parking space online before you arrive, you no longer have to search for a parking space on site but drive directly into the parking space you booked in advance. In addition to the normal parking spaces, the airport has a wide range of special parking spaces. Handicapped-accessible parking spaces are located in the P1 underground parking garage under the terminal and in the P2 and P3 parking garages. Parking customers at Düsseldorf Airport have access to electric charging stations in the P8, P7 and P5 parking garages, which are operated by Stadtwerke Düsseldorf. All charging stations are equipped with a Schuko plug as well as a Type 2 plug. There is a regular gas station near the terminal between P5 and the car rental center.
